-We need expertise on payer side , provider side and also experience in care management (Clinical or community care /Valubased care) .

As a Product Owner in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for defining and managing the development of healthcare products that meet the needs of patients, providers, and other stakeholders. Your role will involve:
Defining the product vision and strategy: You will work with stakeholders to understand the needs and goals of the healthcare product, and develop a vision and strategy that aligns with those goals.
Defining and prioritizing product features: You will work with the development team to identify and prioritize product features that will deliver the most value to the target audience. This may involve conducting market research, gathering user feedback, and analyzing data to inform your decisions.
Managing the product backlog: You will be responsible for maintaining a prioritized backlog of product features, and communicating this backlog to the development team on an ongoing basis. This will involve making trade-offs and balancing competing priorities to ensure that the most important features are delivered first.
Communicating with stakeholders: You will work closely with stakeholders across the healthcare industry, including patients, providers, payers, and regulators, to understand their needs and gather feedback on the product. You will also communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to these stakeholders on a regular basis.
Managing the product development process: You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This will involve managing sprints, reviewing and approving work, and ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
Analyzing and measuring product performance: You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of the healthcare product, using data and feedback to make informed decisions about future product development.
