Experience : 1-2 years minimum, 12 Hours shift (8am -8pm)

Skills : Comm Skills, microsoft office, Awareness about collection, Authentication, Authorisation and settlement, Technically proficient and Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.

Job Description : 

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
  • Provide resolutions to customers who raise tickets, while they are stuck at the payment gateway.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
