Job Description and Skills :
- Experience with DevOps ways of working & culture
- Expertise in AWS Cloud Infrastructure setup and AWS Cloud Infrastructure automation, preferably through Terraform/Cloud formation
- Proven Experience in managing RDS and Elastic Beanstalk Environments
- Knowledge of the Linux Operating System, continuous integration concept, and tools and automation tools
- Experience working on Jenkins/TeamCity, GIT, Nexus, and Deployment Pipelines
- Scripting experience on Shell/Python/Perl
- Working experience with Chef/Ansible/Opswork
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix production outages and performance issues in our AWS/Linux infrastructure stack
- Proactively seek out opportunities to improve monitoring and alerting of our hosts and services, and implement them in a timely fashion
- Automate systems configuration by writing policies and modules for configuration management tools
- Experience with a container orchestration tool like Kubernetes, ECS, or Swarm
- In-depth Linux/Unix knowledge, and a good understanding of the various Linux kernel subsystems (memory, storage, network, etc).
- Knowledge of DNS, Routing, HA & Load Balancing
- Ability to troubleshoot Infrastructure issues in a public cloud environment and suggest a solution
- Knowledge of Application Infrastructure and isolating the problems working with other Support Groups
- Good knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch, ElasticSearch/ELK Stack, Graphite/Grafana, Graylog
- Expert level infrastructure technical skills. (Linux and Windows technologies).
- Working knowledge of Apache-Kafka, Apache-pulsar
