Job Description:

• Excellent understanding of IT skills.
• End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and recruiting candidates.
• Working on different requirements and submitting the profiles, coordinating for interviews, and following up till the candidate onboards.
• Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, confidence level, and work.
• Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Naukri), Internet sourcing, and Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.
• Work as an individual contributor and close positions of different levels.
• Recruiting through job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals.
